(1) It’s a 1970s-vintage Japanese electric cooking stove for making mini pancakes. You can cook with actual heat. (2) It can’t adjust the heat. I tried to fry an egg but it didn’t work well. It’s not your usual frying pan coated with non stick material, so I need to put more oil. Food is going to get stuck to the pan and burn easily. (3) It was discontinued. The manufacturer went bankrupt long ago. I bought it at an auction. (Contract price: 4500 yen.) 1970年製、ホットケーキ専用の電気コンロです。電熱面上にフライパンをのせるとスイッチが入りニクロム線が発熱します。フライパンをおろすとスイッチが自動的に切れます。 ホットケーキはもう少し焦げ色がつくまで焼いた方がよかったですね。うずら卵で目玉焼きが作れるか試しましたが、油を多めにひいてもすぐ焦げつきました。 #電気コンロ #ホットケーキ #pancake(引用元)ランキングデータ
